How many classes do you prefer to teach?
*
Each Kumu Hula is asked to teach three workshops, with the option to offer a fourth. The fourth can be either a repeat of an earlier workshop or a new class—the choice is yours.
If you prefer to teach only three workshops, you may have Workshop #3 be a repeat of either Workshop #1 or Workshop #2. If so, please write:
“Please have my Workshop #3 be a repeat”
and specify which workshop it repeats (e.g., Workshop #1 or #2).
Submitting a fourth workshop is optional—you do not need to teach a fourth class if you choose to repeat for your third.
If you want your fourth workshop to be a new class (not a repeat), please write:
“I would like to teach a fourth workshop”
and include the title of the mele.
While we value every submission, not all workshops may be scheduled, as we aim to create a well-balanced and diverse program for all Hula Camp participants.
To maintain balance, we will avoid scheduling all your workshops on a single day. You may teach one workshop on Saturday and two on Sunday, or vice versa. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences based on the information you provide.
Please indicate below how many workshops you are willing to offer.
If you can teach more than four workshops, we will contact you to discuss additional opportunities.
3 Workshops Maximum for me
I can do more than 3 workshops
If you’d like to offer a repeat session on Sunday, please let us know whether it will be a repeat of Workshop #1, #2, or #3 by indicating your choice in the space below. If you prefer to teach something new on Sunday, you may use the section for Workshop #4 to submit an additional class. Submitting Workshop #4 is completely optional—please complete it only if you plan to offer content that is different from your Saturday workshops. The structure is entirely up to you—we’re here to support whatever best fits your teaching style and availability.
